Variations on the "Sectional Greenhouse".

General Purpose Greenhouse
    The General Purpose Greenhouse is boarded to the level of the staging on all sides.
     
  • The better insulation keeps the greenhouse warmer in winter by reducing heat loss.
    •  
  • Boarded sides keep the greenhouse cooler in summer by blocking some of the suns heat.
    •  
  • Boarded sides are stronger than glazed sides so ideal for a windy location.
    •  
  • Includes two opening roof ventilators and two side opening windows set diagonally.
    •  
    Sizes:  1.83m(6ft) or 2.13m(7ft) wide
    by 2.42m(8ft) or 3.06m(10ft) long.

 

Multi-Purpose Greenhouse
    The Multi-Purpose Greenhouse is boarded to the level of the staging on three sides and glazed to the ground on the forth side.
     
  • The insulation from the three boarded sides keeps the greenhouse warm in winter by reducing heat loss. Face the boarded sides to keep out the winter winds.

  • The glazed side lets in light to the ground for growing plants in the border or in "growbags". Face the glazed side to the east for the morning sun.
    •  
  • The "Multi-Purpose Greenhouse is a compromise to make the best use of the insulation from timber sides and to get as much light as possible to the ground.
    •

    The Premier Greenhouse has glass to ground level all round.
     
  • It lets in the maximum light. This greenhouse is best where light levels are low.

  • The large area of glass conducts more heat into the greenhouse in summer and more heat away during winter.

  • This is the best option for summer only growing.

South Light Greenhouse
    The South Light Greenhouse.
    Where space is limited or the greenhouse needs to back against a boundary hedge this is the greenhouse to choose.
     
  • Boarded to the height of the door on one side (North or West) and glazed above staging to the other three sides.

  • Ventilation in the front and back roof sections plus an opening window in the front.
    •  
    Sizes  1.53m(5ft) wide by 2.42m(8ft) or 3.06m(10ft) long

 

Extendable Unit Greenhouse
    The Extendable Unit Greenhouse is a heavier framed greenhouse designed in modules that can be extended to form a longer greenhouse.
     
  • Units available in General Purpose, Multi-Purpose and Premier styles.
    •  
  • Heavier timber framing used to produce strong frame to support the greenhouse in adverse conditions.
    •  
  • Basic unit 2.42m(8ft) wide and available in modules that are 1.83m(6ft), 2.42m(8ft), 3.06m(10ft), and 3.64m(12ft) long
    All modules can be independent units or as part of a larger greenhouse which can be divided internally by a partition with door to give different environments within the greenhouse.
