Will others on the Internet be able to see my accounts?
No, you download the software
direct to your computer and only you have access to it.
Will it work on Mac's?
Yes, it will work on Mac and
Windows, also included is an Open Source suite so that all
options should be covered.
Is it complicated?
I don't think so, full
illustrated instructions are built in. No programming knowledge is
needed. If you do have any queries I can be contacted and can give you

Are there any ongoing charges?
No, once you have purchased it
that's all you pay, there are no monthly or annual charges.
Can I correct errors?
Yes any errors can be typed over
so no need to panic.
I have different tax percentages for different products and customers. Can it handle them?
Yes there are 8 built in semi standard tax percentages plus a spare 'slot' for any specials you may have..
What countries will it work in?
It should work in any country in the world. However it is only available in English. A linguist could translate the headings if they wanted to..
My business is unusual, will it work for me?
All the headings can be renamed
to suit individual businesses. However the selected current names are
those preferred by most accountants.
Will my accountant let me use it?
All the accountants I have
spoken to are delighted with it. They much prefer being handed this
together with sorted paperwork, than the whole lot shoved into a
plastic carrier bag!
I don't really understand accounts, is it for me?

Does it do bank reconciliation?
No it is far too simple for
anything like that.
Does it do invoices?
No, it simply sorts out
expenditure and sales into a nice monthly package. Nothing complicated.
