Initially I developed it for my own business and I have been using this
system for several years.
It
is based on the standard hand written double entry bookkeeping
ledgers.
All you need to do is tap in the minimum of information and it will do
all the adding up and putting things into the right column
automatically.
There are Sales, Purchasing
and vat sheets, and pages for each month and simple means for using
year after year.
There
is no major installation it uses standard Microsoft Spreadsheet
program.

On the accounts (Purchased items) All you need to put in is the date
supplier price and a number to represent the type of purchase, ie 3 for
fuel, 8 for stamps etc all details fully shown.
On the Sales just put in the date, Customer name and total invoice
charge.
If you are vat registered there is just one other thing to do on both
the above that is add a number 1 in the vat column.
